Below are some etiquettes/rules that helps any user for writing a good e-mail
message. The etiquettes are :-
i) In the mail message, state/ mention/write the Subject clearly. This subject line will
help other user to convey the message/ or get an idea about the mail message
clearly. For ex :-The subject line should be ‘Can you give the CD’ instead of writing
as Send CD. The subject is written in the subject box that is just below the CC and BCC.
ii) The message that you are going to send to the other user should be short and not
too lengthy. The message should be written in point to point manner. If the

capital letters then it means SHOUTING.
iv) While cracking a joke or funny comment in the mail message, it is necessary for
one to add a smiley symbol in the comment or joke. It is easier for the person to
make clear about his joke or funny comment when the joke is cracked on/over the
telephone which does not creates misunderstanding. But if the jokes or funny
comments ion the mail message without adding smileys, can create a misunderstanding to other person.
v) No need of including the bold, and italic letters as if it is the effect of bold and italic
on letters is not displayed in the mail message.
vi) While writing and sending the mail message it is essential for the user to take
much care of about what the person (he/she) is writing in the message and
whether the message is sent to the proper mail address/person or no, because the
