1. Unisexual flower consists of either male or female reproductive system. Bisexual flower consists both male and female reproductive system.
2. Unisexual flower is also called as incomplete flower. Bisexual flower are also called as complete flower.
3. When flower belongs to only male or only female reproductive organs then it is known as unisexual flower. When flower belongs to both male and female reproductive organs then it is known as sexual flower.
4. Unisexual flowers undergo cross-pollination for the reproduction. Bisexual flower undergo self-pollination for the reproduction.
5. In the unisexual flower, male flower have stamens and female flower have pistils. In the bisexual flower, single flower have both anthers and ovary.
6. Unisexual flowers are classified into two types and are monoecious and dioecious. Bisexual flowers are also referred as hermaphrodite and androgynous flowers.
7. Examples of unisexual flower includes mulberry, corn, watermelon and papaya. Examples of bisexual flower includes mustard, sweet pea, lily, hibiscus and rose.
