Definition

1. A small unicellular organism which belongs to the kingdom Protista and can move, reproduce and digest food, this is referred as paramecium. An organism which belongs to kingdom Protista and can distort their bodies to change direction, it uses flagellum for movement, and this is referred as Euglena.

Chloroplasts

2. It does not have chloroplast. It contains chloroplast.

Sensitive

3. Paramecium is a temperature sensitive. Euglena is a light sensitive.

Reproduction

4. Both sexual and asexual reproduction takes place in the Paramecium. Only asexual reproduction takes place in the euglena.

Locomotion
