1. Unicellular or multicellular eukaryotes with chitinous cell wall, absorptive nutrition and stores energy as a glycogen is referred as fungi. All multicellular organisms in which cell wall is made up of cellulose and made up of eukaryotic cells, and These are photosynthetic autotrophs which contains chlorophyll, this is referred as Plantae.
2. These are not plants and have only one nucleus in a cell. These are plants and have several nuclei in a cell.
3. Fungi are heterotrophic and multinucleated. Plantae are autotrophic and are with only one nucleus per cell.
4. Cell wall of fungi is made up of chitin. Cell wall of plantae is made up of cellulose.
5. Seed production does not takes place in fungi. Seed production in some plants of plantae takes place.
6. Fungi have no roots and no storage organelles but few contains storage molecules. Plantae have roots and contains storage molecule which is called as Starch.
7. This have septa. This have cell wall.
