1. Asexual reproduction includes single organism. Sexual reproduction includes one or two organisms.
2. Fusion of gametes in the asexual reproduction does not takes place. In the sexual reproduction, male and female gamete is included.
3. Asexual reproduction is the uni-parental process. Sexual reproduction is a bi-parental process.
4. Production of the offsprings in the asexual reproduction is very rapid than sexual reproduction. Production of the offspring in sexual reproduction is less rapid.
5. Asexual reproduction takes place with the help of budding, sporulation and fragmentation. Sexual reproduction takes place with the help of pollination and fertilization.
6. For the natural selection in evolution of species, asexual type of reproduction is not very useful. For the natural selection in evolution of species, sexual type of reproduction is highly useful.
7. Offsprings which are produced by the asexual reproduction are genetically similar to parents. Offsprings which are produced by the sexual reproduction are genetically not similar to parents.
