Difference between Action and Reaction force
Action force
1.) Action forces are the responsible to produce motion of object.
2.) Action force is exerted by source on object.
3.) There is origin of action force, hence it is considered as real force.
4.) Force which is responsible to produce circular motion i.e. centripetal force is nothing but action force.
5.) Eg. Forces applied by a person to push a heavy stone, force applied by driver to stop the vehicle using brakes are some examples of action force.
Reaction force
1.) Reaction forces are impact of action forces.
2.) Reaction force is exerted by object on source i.e. one who is exerting the action force.
3.) Reaction forces do not have a fix origin, hence they are considered as imaginary forces.
4.) Force which is impact of circular motion i.e. centrifugal force is nothing but reaction force.
5.) Eg. When a person is trying to push a heavy stone by certain force, stone opposes this by exerting force against the force exerted by person.
