Q1.) Fill in the blanks :-
1.) Normal View is the by default and the main view in which we can design or edit the presentation.
2.) In Slide Sorter View, all the slides together on the single screen in order to change the slide sequence, or to take printout of the slides.
3.) In Notes view, the presenter can add some notes on the slides for his/her reference.
4.) Slide Show view is used to deliver or to show the presentation to the audience.
Q2.) Answer the following questions in two or three sentences :-
1.) What are the different presentation views ?
Ans :- Normal view, Slide Sorter view, Notes view, Slide Show view are some the different views.
2.) What do you understand by Slide Sorter View?
Ans :- In this view, you may find that all the slides are arranged together on a single screen, by which it would be much useful in changing the sequence of the slides or for taking printouts of it.
3.) State the use of the rectangular text box?
Ans :- The rectangular textbox is to be termed as Text box which is used for writing any text which is related to the slides and can be used for the future/further reference.
4.) What do you know about Notes View ?
Ans :- In this view, the presenter can add some of his/her notes in the slides of the presentation for his/her future reference. When we run the slides/slide show the slides we can notice that the notes added in the slides are been made visible to the audience. If there is a need we can easily take out the printouts.
5.) What is Slide Show View ?
Ans :-Slide show view is used for showing or displaying the created presentation/slides one by one on a full screen to the audience. Press the Esc key button from the keyboard for exiting the slide show and returning back to the normal view.
Q3.) Answer the following questions :-
1.) Explain the steps to switch over to slide sorter view?
Ans :- The steps to switch over to slide sorter view are as followed :-
Click on the Menu bar and select Menu bar —— click on the Slide Sorter view option ———- After which the following screen appears

Now click on the titled tab slide sorter which is present on the view panel. It will help in changing the view into the Slide Sorter view immediately.
If the slide show is in the slide sorter mode, then all the slides will appear into the miniature form by which we can easily change the sequence of the slides order by dragging the slides to the new position/place.
2.) Explain the steps for changing the sequence of the slides?
Ans :- Now just select the slide that you want to bring back or forth —– Press the mouse left button ——- now drag the mouse back or forth as required while holding the button – leave the mouse button.
After moving the fourth number slide after the second number slide, you may notice the screen that will be showing the sequence of the slides. The slides which are viewed or shown in one horizontal row, we can change the number of slides by stating the number in the box which is shown in the given in the picture. In the box, we can set the numbers of the slides in one horizontal row.
In such case 5 slides can be adjusted and seen in the one horizontal row.
3.) What do you mean by Slide Show view? Explain the various ways for starting the slide show view?
Ans :-Slide show means displaying of presentational slides to the audience. This view is helpful in showing the slides one by one to the audience or public on the full screen. As the presentation is been created, we can view the presentation in the same manner itself to the audience. It helps in a) checking and properly arranging of slides b) checking of whole presentation by testing of sound narration, effects, text graphics etc which is been applied to each slide will directly appear during the actual presentation. If you want to make any edit to your presentation, then you can press the ESC key from the keyboard which will help you to return back to the normal screen. There are different ways for starting the slide show view which are as follows :-
Option 1 –
Click on View Menu —— Click on the Slide Show

Make a click on Slide show menu item ———- Select and Click on Side Show

On the tool bar, you may notice the Slide Show option available click on it
Option 4
You can also start the slide show by pressing F5 key from the keyboard, by which the slides will start appearing one by one in the full screen.
We can also press the down arrow key for moving/jumping to the next slide as well up arrow for moving/jumping towards the previous slide.
When the presentation, you may see the black screen appearing on the screen stating the instruction/message of exiting the presentation Click to exit.
