(2) Imagine you are contesting an election to the legislative Assembly. How would you conduct your election campaigning?

Ans: – I as a candidate of the election to the Legislative Assembly, will held a large political rally in my area. Many senior leaders of my party will attend the rally. A pamphlet carrying a photgraph of me and the symbol of my party will be distributed to the people. The pamphlet gives details of all the work people. I will also set up several new factories so that people would get employ. They would not have to migrate to cities to look for jobs.Thus my speech in the public will come to an end.

Ans: – Lakhs of people live in villages, towns and cities, spread across the people living in them. For that reasons a state is divided into separate constituencies for elections to the legislative Assembly.

Ans: – The Legislative Assembly of Chhattisgarh has 90 seats. So, a party needs 46 seats to get a majority in the Legislative Assembly of Chhattisgarh.

(5) What us the main responsibility of an elected representative of the Legislative Assembly?

Ans: – The main responsibility of an elected representative of the Legislative Assembly is to know the opinions and needs of the people in his constituency. It is his/her duty to listen to the peoples problems and try to solve them by placing them before the government.

(6) If you are elected as a member of legislative assembly (MLA), what would you do for your area?

Ans: – If i am elected as a member of legislative assembly (MLA), at first I will try to know the opinions and needs of the people of my area. After listening their problems I will try to solve them by placing them before the government.
