Drink plenty of water everyday even in between your classes. Do some regular exercise or home workout every day in morning as per your flexibility. You can follow guided meditation for 10 minutes before going to bed, it will calm your mind. The most important thing is stop using mobile phone before one hour of your bed time and indulge that time in reading some story book of your choice.

Dear sister,
I hope everything is fine at your side. I am absolutely fine too. I was thinking about you for some days as your class XII exam is knocking at the door. I know how much stressed you feel before exam so I was also worried about you.
As I am not with you there I would suggest something to cope with your stress. It is very normal to be tensed and overwhelmed before exam. But you should focus on not crossing the limit so that it can’t affect your exam performance. So, I would recommend you to join a laughter club nearby just to feel relax and cheer up your mind after stressful preparation. Laughter is a god exercise overall to keep our blood pressure in control. Besides that it reduces stress hormones and make us feel lighter. When we laugh freely it helps in cleaning lungs and other body tissues. It increase blood circulation in the entire body with which we feel more productive. Laughter enhances our complete immune system in body and create a sense of well-being in general. When you will join the club you will get chance to interact other people too which can help in forgetting your worries.
So, don’t worry, everything is going to be fine. Just join laughter club and enjoy your new experience. Take care and all the best for your exam in advance.
Your sister,

He used to take an hour for crossing six yards from his bedroom to bathroom. I don’t think he was happy. In fact, he used to feel low, helpless and disillusioned in his home.
No, Walter did not have many friends. Nobody would want to be his friend just to help him in each activity for every minute.
I can do my daily chore by myself. I take bath, get dressed and ready for going to school. I play with friends in evening. I like to go market and carry thing by own when needed.
Walter needed special clothes stitched for him only. He needed chairs, bed and all other furniture specifically made for him. Even he needed help for washing himself.
2.) Walter had never been in a serious and healthy diet. Parent often like to see their children eat whatever they like. Walter said that he started gorging at the age of six.
3.) I would strictly recommend a healthy and balanced diet for Walter. We saw when Gregory kept Hudson in strict 1200 calorie a day diet he lost 178 kg. It proved that Hudson would be able to lose more weight and lead a normal lifestyle if he continued being in diet. I would advise him to take more fruits and green vegetables in diet.
4.) I think he got much money to buy food from his family members. Perhaps hi friends and family members used to pay bills for his food. Some voluntary organisation or business house could also spend money for this purpose.
5.) I think they were Hudson’s friends and family members who arranged and cooked all the food he ate.
Yes, they are also responsible for constant obesity of Walter Hudson. If they restricted his eating habits, took care his health he could have lived longer.
