He made a point of saving a third of his income and his plan was to retire at fifty five to a little house in the country where he proposed to cultivate his garden and play golf

Ans: Tom Ramsay had an honourable and decent career. One day, without warning, he announced that he didn’t like work and that he wasn’t suited for marriage. He wanted to enjoy himself. He left his wife and his office. He had a little money and he spent two happy years in the various capitals of Europe. He borrowed money, whenever his money was over. He was charming and unscrupulous: He made a steady income from his friends and he made friends easily.Tom spent a lot of money on luxuries. For this, he depended on his brother George. Once or twice, George fell to Tom’s promises of change and gave him considerable sums in order that he make a fresh start. On these Tom bought a motor car and some very nice jewellery.

Answer:

Once upon a time there were two brothers who were constantly quarrelling against each other. One stuck to the point to not leave his parents and go away to London, and the other one wanted to stay with his parents.

Karan loved his parents since his childhood and promised his parents that he would never leave him. He was a very kind person and everyone loved him. He worked at a bank nearby and had a good income. On the other hand, his brother Arjun was always the one to leave his jobs and had no stability in anything. His relationship with his parents also grew worse day by day. He didn’t listen to anyone, talked to everyone with rage, and was totally opposite from his brother.

One day, he married a rich girl from London, and the girl demanded that his brother should also join them in their home London. But, his brother would not leave his parents, as he loved them very much. This started a quarrel between them and Arjun left his home and family to stay with Jessica.
