I explained to him the situation with my younger brother. And he was prepared to give me the medicines for 200 rupees when I asked. Then I went to see my brother with the doctor. We appreciate you being an angel for us. You have my eternal gratitude.
Sincerely and lovingly,
Tess
III.) What would have happened to Andrew if Tess had not met Dr.Armstrong? Imagine this and write another ending to the story.
Answer:
She was upset by her brother Andrew’s illness after hearing her parents’ conversation. She requested her father to heal Andrew and handed him her savings and all of her money. Her father experiences both happiness and sadness. Seeing her affection for her sibling makes him happy. She was the one caring for Andrew, and they had been close since they were young. He was disappointed since the meagre sum of money she handed him was unable to save Andrew’s life. However, it has no effect on his optimism for his son. He had faith that God would not turn a blind eye to their love for Andrew and Tess’s desire to bring him home.
One of their family friends discovered about Andrew’s health at that point. Despite being wealthy, they had a charitable outlook. They had been married for eleven years, yet despite that, they had never been able to have children. Tess and Andrew were regarded as their offspring. They assured Andrew’s parents that they would take care of all the financial aspects of his surgery and offered them optimism that he would recover.
After Andrew’s operation, he recovered without any problems. Now Tess’ father understood that the messenger God had sent for him and his family was his friend.
